ALL PARENTS MUST HAVE ACCESS TO THE ASPEN PARENT PORTAL IN ORDER TO SUCCESSFULLY COMPLETE ALL ENROLLMENT FORMS IN THE 2026-2027 ENROLLMENT PACKET. Valid Driver's License and Vehicle Registration - Current home listed on enrollment forms. 2. Lease with Proof of Rental Payment with Driver's License/Identification Card - Current home address for BOTH lease and identification. n 3.  Paystub with ONLY DC taxes being withheld and current home address presented on paystub. 4. DC Water, Washington Gas or Pepco Bills excepted with proof of utility payment (receipt) AND Driver's License/Identification Card. - Payment receipt must be within 60 days. 5.Certified DC Tax Form - D40 6. Current Military Housing Orders 7. Embassy Letter
