Lorraine H. Whitlock Elementary School operates as a community of learners, bringing together staff, parents, and student stakeholders. Our mission focuses on providing all children with a robust educational experience that supports their growth. Academically, the school utilizes Blended Learning to personalize instruction, ensuring students receive tailored support. To cultivate a positive school climate, Whitlock implements a Restorative Justice Program, promoting conflict resolution and understanding. Students can also engage in a variety of enrichment activities, including Cheerleading, Boys & Girls Basketball, the Boks Program, and the Embassy Adoption Program. The school day runs from 8:15 a.m. to 3:15 p.m., and a uniform is required for all students. Lottery priority is given to in-boundary families with a sibling already attending or offered a seat.
