Howard University Middle School of Mathematics and Science PCS, known as (MS)2, is situated directly on the Howard University campus, providing a personalized educational experience with a strong focus on STEM disciplines. The school day operates from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., and a uniform is required for all students. The curriculum integrates a Blended Learning approach and an Extended Day program designed to offer additional academic support and supervised activities. A Restorative Justice Program helps build a constructive school community. Enrichment options further support learning through Saturday School and specialized STEM Enrichment opportunities. For families, lottery priority is available for siblings currently attending or siblings who have been offered admission to the school.
